Assistant Professor: General Internal Medicine
The Department of Medicine (DOM) is seeking to hire an outpatient academic general internist and clinician educator in the Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM) at the University of Minnesota (UMN).This physician will work in the Primary Care Center in the M Health Clinics and Surgery Center and will be appointed to the academic track at the rank of Assistant Professor. As an academic primary care practice, the Primary Care Center tends to serve three distinct patient populations - those with complex chronic conditions that are often co-managed by subspecialists at the University, those who live in the nearby surrounding urban neighborhoods, and faculty and staff from the University community.
